रितिका कार्गो पैकर्स एंड मूवर्स के साथ हमारा अनुभव वाकई बहुत शानदार रहा। हमने हाल ही में मेडक से अमीरपेट शिफ्ट किया और सच कहूँ तो मैं थोड़ा परेशान था। मुझे सबसे ज़्यादा फ़िक्र अपने बड़े से टीवी और पूरे साउंड सिस्टम की थी, जिसकी पैकिंग बहुत मुश्किल लगती है। इसके अलावा बच्चों की साइकिल और एक बड़ी टॉय कार को कैसे ले जाएँगे, ये भी एक सवाल था। लेकिन इनकी टीम ने सब कुछ इतनी आसानी और पेशेवर तरीके से संभाला कि हम हैरान रह गए। उन्होंने इलेक्ट्रॉनिक्स के लिए ख़ास पैकिंग का इस्तेमाल किया और हर सामान को बहुत सावधानी से रखा। पूरी टीम बहुत विनम्र और फुर्तीली थी। इनकी वजह से हमारा शिफ्टिंग का काम एकदम तनाव-मुक्त रहा।

ఇటీవల వరంగల్ నుండి మణికొండకు ఇల్లు మారేటప్పుడు రితికా కార్గో వారి సహాయం తీసుకున్నాం. మా ఇంట్లో ఉన్న పాత, బరువైన టేకు ఫర్నిచర్, ముఖ్యంగా తాతల నాటి మంచం, బీరువా గురించి మాకు చాలా ఆందోళనగా ఉండేది. కానీ వాళ్ళ టీమ్ చాలా అద్భుతంగా పని చేసింది. వాటిని ఏమాత్రం గీతలు పడకుండా ఎంతో నేర్పుగా విడదీసి ప్యాక్ చేశారు. మా వస్తువుల పట్ల వాళ్ళు చూపిన శ్రద్ధ మాకు బాగా నచ్చింది. అనుకున్న సమయం కంటే ముందే మొత్తం పని పూర్తిచేశారు. వాళ్ల ప్రవర్తన చాలా మర్యాదగా, స్నేహపూర్వకంగా ఉంది. ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా మా పని సులువు చేసారు.

మేము ఈ మధ్యనే ఖమ్మం నుండి మణికొండకు షిఫ్ట్ అయ్యాము. ఇల్లు మారడం అంటేనే ఎంత తలనొప్పో అందరికీ తెలిసిందే, కానీ రితికా కార్గో వాళ్ళ వల్ల మా పని చాలా తేలికైపోయింది. మా ఇంట్లో ఉన్న పెద్ద L-షేప్ సోఫాను ఎలా విడదీసి, మళ్ళీ కొత్త ఇంట్లో సరిగ్గా అమర్చుతారో అని నాకు చాలా టెన్షన్‌గా ఉండేది. దాంతో పాటు, ఎన్నో సున్నితమైన గాజు అలంకరణ వస్తువులు కూడా ఉండేవి. వచ్చిన టీమ్ మాత్రం చాలా నైపుణ్యం ఉన్నవాళ్లు. సోఫాను చాలా ఓపికగా, ఒక్క గీత కూడా పడకుండా విడదీసి, ఇక్కడ చక్కగా బిగించారు. గాజు సామాన్లను అయితే ప్రత్యేక శ్రద్ధతో ప్యాక్ చేసి తరలించారు. మొత్తం మీద, ఎలాంటి ఇబ్బంది లేకుండా చాలా వేగంగా పని పూర్తిచేశారు. వాళ్ల సర్వీస్ అద్భుతం.

మేము ఇటీవల మా ఇల్లు కరీంనగర్ నుండి గచ్చిబౌలికి మార్చడానికి రితికా కార్గో వారి సహాయం తీసుకున్నాము. మా షిఫ్టింగ్ అనుభవం చాలా అద్భుతంగా సాగింది. నాకు ముఖ్యంగా మా బాల్కనీలో ఉన్న సున్నితమైన మొక్కల గురించే చాలా బెంగగా ఉండేది, అవి దెబ్బతింటాయేమో అని. దానికి తోడు, మా ఇంట్లో ఉన్న పెద్ద పుస్తకాల అల్మారా, అందులోని వందల కొద్దీ పుస్తకాలను జాగ్రత్తగా సర్దడం పెద్ద సవాలుగా అనిపించింది. కానీ రితికా కార్గో టీమ్ వాళ్ళ పనిలో నిజంగా చాలా నేర్పరులు. ప్రతి మొక్కను మట్టి ఊడిపోకుండా, కొమ్మలు విరగకుండా ఎంతో చక్కగా ప్యాక్ చేశారు. పుస్తకాలను కూడా సైజుల వారీగా బాక్సులలో చాలా నీట్‌గా సర్ది, అల్మారాను కూడా చిన్న గీత పడకుండా తరలించారు. మొత్తం పని చాలా ప్రశాంతంగా, చెప్పిన సమయానికే పూర్తి చేశారు.

I am so pleased with the fantastic job Rithika Cargo Packers and Movers did for our local shift within Hyderabad. Their crew was absolutely wonderful; they were so courteous and had a really systematic approach that immediately put us at ease. The real challenge was our antique wooden swing, a heavy and awkward piece, which I was very anxious about. However, they handled it with incredible skill, ensuring it was protected and securely moved. They made the entire process feel completely effortless and gave us total peace of mind on what could have been a very hectic day. My biggest headache was our kitchen, with its endless collection of glass jars, plates, and delicate cookware. The team, however, was completely unfazed and handled it all with a gentle yet confident touch, ensuring every single piece arrived perfectly intact. They made what I anticipated to be a grueling day feel surprisingly manageable and even offered helpful advice on furniture placement. We are genuinely appreciative of their supportive attitude and hard work.

Rithika Cargo made our shift from Begumpet to our new place in Kokapet feel like an absolute breeze. The crew that showed up was so courteous and worked with incredible efficiency. My main anxiety was about our very heavy, old teakwood almirah and how they’d get it down the tricky apartment staircase. They were so methodical and handled it with real finesse, not leaving a single scuff mark on the furniture or walls. The entire day was completely hassle-free thanks to their skill and great attitude.

So glad we went with Rithika Cargo for our move from Karimnagar all the way to our new home in Gachibowli. I was seriously nervous about our big glass-topped dining table; it’s my favorite piece of furniture and I was sure it would be a challenge. The team was so careful, dismantling it with precision and wrapping the glass top meticulously. They navigated everything through some tight doorways like absolute pros.
